Registered Office Address

The registered office is a company's official address in Hong Kong to which all legal notices and official correspondence are sent.

Every Hong Kong company must maintain a registered office address in Hong Kong — it need not be where the company actually trades, and many companies use their secretary's or accountant's office. The address is public and appears on the register. A change of registered office must be notified to the Companies Registry, so a company's record may show a history of former addresses.
