Non-Hong Kong Company
A non-Hong Kong company is a company incorporated outside Hong Kong that has established a place of business in Hong Kong and is therefore required to register under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance.
Non-Hong Kong companies must register within one month of establishing a place of business in Hong Kong. Their CR numbers are typically prefixed with 'F' (e.g. F0012736). They must maintain an authorised representative in Hong Kong, file annual returns, and disclose key changes in their home jurisdiction to the Hong Kong Registrar.
