NNC1 (Incorporation Form)
The NNC1 is the form used to incorporate a company limited by shares in Hong Kong, submitted to the Companies Registry with the company's articles of association.
The NNC1 (or NNC1G for a company limited by guarantee) sets out the proposed company name, registered office, founder members, first directors, company secretary, and share capital. On approval the Companies Registry issues the Certificate of Incorporation and, under the one-stop company and business registration service, the Business Registration Certificate at the same time. The NNC1 filed at incorporation is part of the company's permanent public record.
